Report Missing Images

You may use the below form to tell us about missing images. When you submit the URLs, we'll double check the database and point you to the image if we have it, or the URL will be registered with the staff to be approved, added, categorized and tagged. If you want to contact us for some other reason, please use the contact page.

Also, here are some rules about the images we add and do not add...

  • We only add images from images.neopets.com.
  • As of right now, we do not add images hosted on petpetpark.com.
  • We do not add user generated content images, such as Art Gallery images, userlookup spotlight news images, NT comics, etc.
  • We do not add item images. For those, see our Item Database.
  • We do not add foreign language images, such as those from the Chinese or Spanish versions of Neopets.
